•Other Skills : Strong Object Oriented Programming concepts and Good Communication skills is required. Agile development methodology and Retail Store system knowledge would be an advantage.

Duties and responsibilities
He/she will need to provide the following services and activities
o Requirement gathering and elaboration
o Design creation, review and participate in design suggestion
o Coding, Code review, Coding standard
o Offshore guidance for best practices, standards
o Offshore coordination across SDLC stages
o Issue resolution, Status tracking and Status reporting to client
o Stakeholder interaction (Client Project Manager, Tech Leads, Business and QA)
o Impact Analysis, Estimation Support
o QA, UAT, Go-Live and Post Go-Live support
Key Skills
· Visual Basic 6.0 with experience on VB Application projects
· Oracle– PL/SQL
· Unix with experience on PRO C
Nice To Have
Good communication, Good understanding of Retail merchandising domain
Role Java Developer having Kronos and Agile Experience Location: seattle WA
