This is a 6 Month Contract position for a Software Test Analyst 3 in Austin, TX
Job Description:
- Translate requirements into test cases to provide traceability and analyze and analyze the results of system and integration testing to ensure business and functional requirements are met for the Business Objects Server Support and Testing, Enhancements and Reporting development projects.
- Create and implement test strategy, test plan and execute tests in various development environments.
- Report, prioritize, and track defects, verify fixes, and perform follow-up activities to ensure that issues are resolved.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 8 years of experience Creating Test Plans and Strategies
- 8 years of experience Creating Test Cases & Executing Manual Tests
- 8 years of experience Configuring, using, and managing test environments and test data
- 8 years of experience Extensive DB experience – MySQL
- 8 years of experience troubleshooting and testing
- 8 years of experience in running defect triage meetings
- 8 years of experience Reporting, Prioritizing, tracking defects with follow up to resolution
- 5 years of experience Testing in AGILE development environment
