· .Net, BizTalk
· Strong knowledge of .Net application
· Knowledge on BizTalk would be an added advantage
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Insurance P&C Domain Knowledge would be an added advantage
· Should be able to lead a team
· Should have experience on onsite offshore co-ordination
· Good experience on Requirement analysis, design ,development and testing
