Job Description:
· My client is looking for a SR .NET Developer with 5+ years software development experience.
· Must have extensive programming experience meeting one of the following criteria: C# (preferred), Java, Go,and/or C++/C, Smalltalk, Python, or Ruby. HTML experience (HTML5 specific features a plus), JavaScript with jQuery is required, as well as experience with source control concepts and using both CSS (LessCSS or SASS a plus) and TFS.
· Looking for someone who has a Github account with code that can be perused,
any contribution to an open source project in Github, Sourceforge, BitBucket, or Google Code.
· Must have a deep understanding of how the web works: DNS, Caching (HTTP, reverse proxies, etc.), and Load balancing.
