Financial Systems Analyst – Financial Reconciliation in Oracle 11.5.10

Senior R12 Training Lead

Hiring Manager Notes:
• Must Have Oracle Fed Financials Lead Training Experience Blend of 11i and R12 OK. R12 recent.
• Must have equal expert experience and functional configuration knowledge to train on:
o Sub ledger accounting (SLA)
o AR/AP netting Oracle functionality
o Oracle TCA (trading community architecture)
• Documented experience developing strategy and plan for training execution for the above 3 functions.
• Lead role will have a team reporting to them.
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
• 8+ Years training Oracle Federal Financials. 5+ years training Oracle Federal Financials Release 12
o Expert knowledge of Sub ledger Accounting (SLA) configurations
o Expert knowledge of AP/AR Netting functionality
o Expert knowledge of TCA functionality/configurations
• Previous experience developing ERP Training Strategies, preferably for the Federal government (production & non-production environments)
• Previous experience developing Training Plans using various training methods
• Excellent communication skills - ability to clearly articulate and provide meaningful/relevant information on the Oracle Federal Financials modules
• Excellent customer relationship skills – ability to establish relationships with the customer to meet or exceed their requirements and lead them through potential solution discussions.

• Will be required in some cases to train the SRA internal team in addition to the customer
• Must be onsite daily at the SRA Windsor Mill Office Location
o Potential Travel if SRA is tasked to train CMS’ 3,000 users

Oracle Federal Financials Developers

Hiring Manager Notes - R12 Experience is NOT required, only 11.5.10. Commercial experience is OK, with the exception of the FV technical developer - they will need Federal experience since FV is a Federal module.
This requirement encompasses a total of 7 different specific developers. Each specific role focuses one on of the areas listed below. Please indicate which of the positions candidates are interested in using the letters below:
A. SME PO/AP Technical Developer – Expert knowledge in Oracle Financials applications modules AP, PO, and GL.
B. SME PO/AR Technical Developer – Expert knowledge in Oracle Financials applications modules AP, AR, and GL.
C. SME PO/AP/AR/GL/Loans technical developer – Expert knowledge in Oracle Financials applications modules PO, AP, AR, Loans, and GL (two openings).
D. SME PO/AP/AR/GL/FV technical developer – Expert knowledge in Oracle Financials applications modules PO, AP, AR, FV (FedAdmin), and GL.
E. SME PO/AP/AR/GL technical developer – Expert knowledge in Oracle Financials applications modules PO, AP, AR, and GL.

Position Responsibilities include:
• Performs application extension development, including complex analysis, design, testing, and debugging in Oracle Applications modules.
• Design and Develop solutions in Oracle EBS modules
• Write Technical Designs and white papers
• Proficient in Oracle Developer 11.2.0, PL/Sql development, Toad, Custom PLL, and SQL Optimizer.
• Participate and conduct working group meetings and explain the solutions.
• Operations and production support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• At least five years’ of experience working with Oracle Financials 11i/R12 in a systems engineering and development capacity; Oracle Federal Financials experience is preferred.
• Expert knowledge in Oracle Financials applications modules including at least 3 of the following: AP, AR, GL, PO, Loans, and FV (FedAdmin).
• Must have good knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms , Reports, Unix, BI Publisher, and OA Frame work development
• Experience in the following: Oracle Developer 11.2.0, Toad, Custom.pll, and SQL Optimizer
• At least one R12 upgrade or implementation experience with hands on development experience
• Good documentation skills. Knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in authoring technical design specifications to meet business requirements for highly complex business needs
• Ability to interact closely with business analysts, DBA’s, testers, operations, and technical infrastructure team members as required on design, problem resolution, and release process
• Knowledge in Java, WebSphere, and AutoSys is desired
