Global Bridge InfoTech Inc (GBIT) is currently Hiring Recruiters, Bench Sales Executives & Accounts Manager (US IT Staffing) to work from our office in Madhapur, Hyderabad. We Invite candidates who have the following experience mentioned below:

 

Location – Madhapur, Hyderabad (Near Karachi Bakery)

Qualification - Any Grad / P.G Must

Experience - Min 1- 3 Yrs exp into US IT Recruitment/Bench Sales (Female candidates Preferred)

Timings - 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST

 

Job Description:

 

·         Should have at least 1 - 6 years experience in US IT Staffing.

·         Good knowledge of Recruitment Life Cycle in US IT Staffing.

·         Must be technically very strong and should understand the job requirement of different skills.

·         Highly self motivated and independent.

·         Should be ready to work in US timings.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Very Good hands on exposure in Recruitment of Technical, and IT professionals.

·         Very Good hands on exposure with US TAX Terms and Visa Status.

·         Expertise in working on W2, C2C and 1099.

·         Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.

·         Exposure on Targeted Recruiting.

·         Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, Carrier Builder & Other Job Portals.

·         Excellent Technical Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.

·         Must have experience in Bench Marketing.

·         Cab will be provided for the Female employees.
