Title: BO Admin - Super Critical
Location: Memphis, TN

Job Description:
· 5+ Experience in BO Admin Responsible for designing the overall Business Objects enterprise reporting infrastructure architecture, collaborating with operational support for its build-out and maintenance, monitoring the infrastructure to achieve expected service levels, and coordinating the technical maintenance of the environment.
· Lead the architecture design for the current 3.X and future 4.X Business Objects infrastructure releases.
· Facilitate the forecasting of required system capacity and resources in collaboration with the BO development community.
· Keep abreast of vendor technical releases to determine the feasibility and timing of installing them in the corporate environment.
· Promote Business Objects content between environments as needed (from Development to Test to Production). Manage and perform Business Objects software upgrades (including desktop packages).
· Define and implement a proactive BO monitoring process. Define and implement a BO specific archive process.
· Keep abreast of Business Objects product innovations through web seminars, white papers, and working with our Business Objects contacts.
· Work with Business Objects support team to resolve bugs and track requested product improvements.
· Assist with technical support calls and problem resolution. Assist with routine system administration activities (e.g., problems with reports/Universes, security changes in Business Objects, performance tuning, preliminary analysis of data issues.
