Job Description:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or other relative Technical Degree (equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
- 5+ years related experience with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycles, with prior QA process improvement experience
- 8+ years working in technical role within an IT environment
- Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
- Advanced technical skills and experience with HP Quality Center, Quick Test Pro and Load Runner software testing and tracking tools
- Advanced technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Structured Query Language (SQL) and Reporting Services
- Experience with developing and executing test plans and test cases
- Experience with manual and automated regression testing
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Experience analyzing, designing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of process improvement activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience working in an IT department within a Fortune 500 retail company
- Prior system design or development experience.
- Prior HP Quality Center, Load Runner version upgrade or migration experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt
