Job Title: Oracle Finance Functional (P2P and AR) Consultant

Location: NYC, NY.

Duration: 6 Months.

Description:

· Analyze client's stringent requirements, Assess scope of studies & handling customization.

· Identify gaps between as-is and to-be Process, Document & Review the gaps with key stakeholders.

· SME with Design, Develop, Build, testing and deployment of new or changes in configurations and/or reports forms, workflows, interfaces etc is must.

· Ability to map business requirement to functional implementation.

· Extensive knowledge of Oracle R12 Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, iExpenses.

· Provide solution to various Business Process Gaps in R12 Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, iExpenses through Oracle e-Biz suite.

· Ability to present Proof of Concept (POC) and arrange Conference Room Pilot (CRP) to evaluate functionality.

· Document functional specifications for all Gaps, Customizations & enhancement as per requirement .

· Strong exposure in Gap Analysis & Business Requirement Documentation i.e. BR 100, MD 50's .

· Strong experience in upgrade and Conversion/Migration of data from legacy systems to Oracle R12 Modules

· Exposure to R12 CRM or Manufacturing or SCM modules or business Tax module is desirable..

· Perform R12 System configuration, Customization, Assist User Testing validation per Business requirement.

· Creating business environment, Preparing Test Cases according to the requirement for validation.

· Ability to drive/support User Acceptance Testing to evaluate functionality and system output data validation.

· Ability to trouble shoot system issues within given time line and SLA.

· Training the end users and prepare various training manual/SLA.

Primary Skills: Should have experience of 2 to 3 end-to-end implementation experience for global clients in R12, strong knowledge in accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, iExpenses modules with strong accounting knowledge.

Essential Skills: Strong English communication and presentation skill, Strong Finance and Accounting Knowledge, SME Oracle Financial eBusiness Suite Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, iExpenses and Mapping business requirement to Oracle Implementation.
