Description Of Services:
This resource will be joining the project at the start of the Realization Build Phase. They will be asked to assist with the detailed system configuration, functional specification preparations, unit testing, data conversion, integration testing, and system documentation to support the SAP solution. The resource will be expected to provide their own laptop equipped with Microsoft office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project. There is an expectation that the resource will work a Monday - Thursday travel schedule with occasional remote Friday work to support meeting team deliverable due dates. The contractor must be able to collaborate effectively with both client and other consulting resources. The resource is expected to adhere to the project management methodology and deliverable templates that were established by the project leadership team.

Configuration documentation
Functional specification documentation
Knowledge transfer checklist
Data conversion template prep
Review of integration test scripts and provide guidance to client team members responsible for preparing scripts Input to business cutover and system cutover planning and dependencies
Other:
A drug test is required upon arrival at the client location, within the first week.
