Job Title: Business Analysis Consultant
Location: Eden Prairie , MN

Job Description:
· Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations.
· Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues.
Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data.
· Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders.
· Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality.
· Utilize RSA methodology in performing business systems analysis duties.
· Communicate with many levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects, quality assurance, etc.
· Experienced with large data warehouse projects
· Able to meet & deliver quality work on tight schedule
Required Software tools/skills to perform these daily responsibilities
· MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio
· 8+ years of BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization
· Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping
Must have skills/attributes :
· 5+ year healthcare experience - MUST
5+ year healthcare data analysis projects experience - MUST
Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST with Agile methodology is MUST
· Data warehouse project experience
· Handling Claims data, as well as health care data work experience
· Experience on RUP.
· Looking for someone who has a solid experience in Relation data. So that they can quickly understand Claims data/ healthcare data etc
· RSA methodology (Requirement solution analysis) . Candidate who has good experience in RUP will be able to pick this up very quickly on the job.
