Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Overland Park, KS
Duration: 12 Months
Start date: ASAP
Job Description:
· Work directly with customers to define scope and value for new development
· Work with Product and Software Management to set release plans and prioritize scope
· Facilitate backlog reviews and scope estimation with the team
· Manage structure of iterations for agile development
· Support Agile software development team with scope considerations throughout the development cycle
· Learn the product domain and apply that knowledge to development programs
· Participate in functional testing programs for each Scrum Qualifications / Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
· Minimum of 6 – 8 years of industry experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Software Business Analyst/Scrum Master role
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with customer and program leadership with confidence and clarity
