Job Title: IIB / Data Power – Architect
Location: Louisville, KT

Job Description:
· Should have overall experience of 12 years of which at least 6 years should be in IBM suite of middleware products. (EAI/SOA/ESB) with primary focus on design, architecture & development for large scale & complex enterprise grade solutions.
· Must have strong hands-on experience on integration platform from one of these – IBM Message Broker / IIB/ DataPower
· Must have very sound & in-depth understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB concepts, SOA Governance, Event Driven Architecture, J2EE design patterns, frameworks and Enterprise Architecture
· Must have strong experience on Messaging (JMS, MQ etc.) and Message Oriented Middleware
· Must have proven experience on efforts estimation for a large Enterprise Integration program including Function Point or Work Breakdown Structure methodologies
· Experience designing and building highly concurrent, high throughput web services
· Must have strong experience on XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL, AXIS2, HTTP, REST, APIs
· Must have excellent communication skills – written as well as verbal; must be able to articulate the value proposition of solution/services to senior teams from client/prospect
· Must be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions by planning, developing and refining “to-be” architectures
· Must be able to develop current to future state technical architecture
· Good to have experience in design and development of complex event processing based applications
· Align and promote enterprise technologies of EAI/ESB, SOA, BPM, BRMS etc. within overall solution architecture
· Excellent knowledge of Application Services, Messaging Backbone, Application Integration, Database Solutions, and Architecture Patterns
· Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with technical organizations and management teams
