Job Description :
· Must have prior experience around building road map for IT programs. PMP certified.
· Comfortable leading discussions with IT Managers
· Has worked on SOA projects
· Should have 5+ years of Program management experience and total 10+ years of experience
· Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to research, analyze and recommend best practices.
· Must have implemented an enterprise wide program. Worked with technical architects and business process owners to carve out project scope.
· Prioritization and sequencing of projects to create a roadmap. Implemented tracking mechanism to monitor program and report progress to leadership
