Job Title: Business System Analyst (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is must)

To write an application to translate data from peoplesoft 9.x to a custom built idm system
Job Description:
Required Qualifications :
• Prepare the documentation needed for project management oversight and control.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and learning skills.
• Develop application requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including sponsors, key stakeholders.
• Involve sponsors and stakeholders in the requirements process to ensure outcomes meet user and stakeholder needs and expectations are controlled.
•Review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established standards.
•Learn new applications, technologies and skills through hands-on experimentation.
•Break down complex or unfamiliar issues into logical parts.
• Develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements.
• Execute system tests.
• Produce status reports to share progress and highlight issues.
• 6+ Years of Business analyst & testing experience.
• Experience documenting business requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience creating, documenting, and executing test cases.
• Identify limitations of and recommend changes to approach for analyzing a problem.
• Identify or isolate the root causes of issues and identify potential solutions.
• Ask questions that clarify complex or ambiguous issues.
• Create business process flows and functional designs.
• Experience with software life cycle management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to Peoplesoft Human Capital Management or Peoplesoft Campus Solutions is a strong plus.
• Exposure to HP Quality Center test suite is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field and 3+ years of related experience.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, such as : Identity Federation, Two-Factor Authentication, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), RADIUS
• Higher Ed experience.
