Job Title: ETL Tester Lead
Location: Minneapolis,MN
Duration: 6 Months 
Start date: ASAP.
Job Description:
Perform and lead testing in order to ensure data quality.
·          Lead definition of quality needs with business teams.

·          Define test data needs in partnership with IT.

·          Provide input for the data governance requirements and standards.

·          Plan and define criteria and make go/no go decisions from a quality perspective.

·          Lead test planning, ensuring testing covers all integration points.

·          Monitor ongoing data quality.

·          Define parameters for data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audit and/or data validation.

·          Troubleshoot complex data quality problems.

·          Recommend methods to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability of information for the business, while tying back to enterprise-wide expectations.

·          Communicate quality metrics, issues and resolution to business clients; serve as a primary data expert on underlying business rules and data source.

Requirements:
·          Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in IT or other analytic discipline

·          Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Quality or Database Management

·          Knowledge of data modeling

·          Micro strategy, Web Focus, SAS, Tableau knowledge helpful

·         Technical skills in PC and UNIX environments

·          SQL Experience
