Job Description:
· Must have 12+ years of experience in IT and 7+ years in BPM - Architecting, Analysis and Development.
· Must have Minimum 3+ experience in Architecting, Analysis and Development on IBM’s Business Process Management (BPM) tool – IBM Lombardi / IBM BPM.
· Responsible for leading the delivery teams from end-to-end delivery standpoint.
· Contributed to best approach strategies for BPM implementation based on Process Analysis.
· Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects.
· Scalability and Performance tuning the application, App server and database.
· Very Good understanding of the EAI and SOA concepts.
· Good understanding on BPM best practices, imple.
