Job Title: Web Farm Consultant

Job Description:
· Have result oriented 12 + years of experience in Windows and IIS Administration
· Installation, configuration and administration of Wintel Application Server on Linux and Windows.
· Designing windows and application infrastructure environments.
· Provisioning and managing Application infrastructure.
· Hands-on experience application level integration and consolidations.
· Installing latest fix packs for Application Servers.
· Installing IIS, IBM Http Server and WebSphere Plug-in and configuring the same with WebSphere Application Server.
· Deploying EAR’s onto CLUSTERS using Administrative Console and also JYTHON scripts.
· Trouble shooting IIS and Application deployment issues.
· Performance monitoring and fine tuning.
· Configured application resources like JDBC drivers, data source, connection pooling, and J2CA authentication alias for applications to connect to database.
· Responsible for daily checks and start up and shut down of Application Servers and Clusters.
· Restore and backup configurations.
Technical skills:
· Tools worked with :SCOM, BMC Stack , HP OVO , NNmi, SCCM.
· Languages: Java.
· Databases: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Sybase, MySQL.
