Job Title: Application Analyst- Lawson Supply Chain

Location: Atlanta,GA

Duration: 6month

Start date: ASAP

 

Job Description:  

 

·         5 years' experience in application support including analyzing processes and applications within the analyzing processes and applications within the Lawson Supply Chain applications.

 

·         Responsible for management, maintenance, improvements, and training of end users on the organizations supply chain systems.

 

·         Responsible for the coordination, design, modification and implementation additional financial applications that may be implemented which interrelate with the existing Accounting/Financial systems.

 

Accountabilities/Duties:

·         Provides end user support for functional and technical issues within Lawson.

 

·         Acts as a liaison between IT staff and end users in defining user requirements and technical specifications in the processes of enhancements and introduction of new Lawson functionality.

 

·         Prepares training documentation and creates presentations geared towards training end users in Accounting/Finance as applicable.

 

·         Keeps up to date on Lawson releases and advises end users on new features and leads retraining around processes.

 

·         Provides testing support to end users and IT staff, works with end users and technical staff in defining testing plans and scope of testing.

 

·         Responsible for systems implementation and maintenance within the supply chain organization. Works with end users and IT staff in defining scope and timing of enhancement and identifying possible impacts ant timing of upgrades.

 

·         Assist with project assignments and provides period and year end support to Accounting/Finance organization
