Job Description:

v Design and write Qt/C++ code to develop the operating software of non-destructive testing instruments

v Work with product owner to develop detailed requirements

v Develop unit tests

v Perform peer code reviews

v Work in Agile environment (daily scrum, planning and reviews) through all stages of the SDLC

v Perform all job duties of Software engineer as needed.

Special skills:

v Proficient with C/C++

v Familiar with Qt/QML

v Familiar with multi-threaded applications

v Familiar with Visual Studio IDE and TFS

v Experience with XML

v Experience with WEC7

v Must be able to work with subject matter experts to implement NDT requirements in equipment.

v Preference given to applicants with experience in utilizing measurement and control equipment, knowledge of scientific instrumentation and electrical fundamentals.
