Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:
Technical Skills: MS-Access, VBA, SQL, Oracle
Daily Role & Responsibilities:
· Gathering and Writing Requirements with Customers / Business Partners
· Analysis & Estimations with Design of tasks / small projects
· Peer Review / Coding Standards
· UAT walkthru with customers (mostly business partners / VP's)
· Hands on coding (as required)
· Manage work Queues
· Attending and Running Standup's daily
Other Attributes that are necessary for this position:
· Good Communication is key (Minimum 3 out of 5)
· Should preferably have Agile & financial background or experience
· Should be very dynamic and self-driven with thought leadership
· Should have good experience with handling multiple stakeholders and customers
· Should have good experience with onshore/offshore coordination
· Should be a team player with minimum supervision and able to provide solutions
