Job Description:
• 6- 8 years of experience in developing, support and administering middleware products like IIB 9.0, Web Sphere Message broker, Data Power appliances
• Worked on providing ESB solutions to enterprise applications and supporting ESB solutions
• Must have skills on IIB V9.0, DataPower Appliance
• Good to have skills IBM BPM 8.5, BPM Advanced Integration Service, IBM ODM 8.5
Responsibilities:
• Analyze production incidents related to middleware and workflows.
• Provide code fix (code change and test) and take incident to closure
• Proactive integration and workflow application level monitoring
o Log monitoring like application logs, transaction logs.
o Interface and workflow functionality specific alerts and notifications
o Application specific queues
• Perform root cause analysis on interfaces and workflows incidents and provide fix
• Engage and coordinate with application team, infrastructure teams and client partners as necessary to resolve incidents associated with integration
• Continuously perform trend analysis on the volume and nature of incidents. make recommendation to client
• Escalate unresolved incidents according to defined escalation procedure
