Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python

Title : Project Coordinator
Location : Houston, TX

Project Coordinator
Scope:
Provides coordination for project management teams, especially related to project financial data management and project methodology deliverable documentation for numerous, concurrent projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers/PMO as needed to prepare project budget and funding presentations; gather financial, operational, and budgetary data from a variety of sources; interface with finance support team, Project or Program Manager, and financial contacts from other departments to resolve issues
Primary coordination responsibility with project methodology include: coordinate multiple projects within a program to assure deliverable completion by project schedule timelines, record approvals, and upload to project management application tools
Update the project management application tools by the weekly deadline to include project description, weekly status reporting, milestone descriptions and date tracking, risk management plan updates and monitoring, issue management and monitoring, and initiation and approval tracking for change management
Ensure multiple projects are meeting methodology requirements and are in compliance
Identify project/production issues and work with project team to provide solutions or escalate to avoid project delays
Work with client groups to identify training needs and arrange and/or deliver training
Work with project teams to develop and document processes and procedures
Enhance websites to host project documents, reports, and related information
Serve as primary point of contact for project information and updates
May be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of activities and resources in a project life-cycle (initiation planning, executing/controlling, and closing) in support of large-scale projects that are typically longer-term, with medium to high scope, impact, risk, and complexity
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
3+ years of project support experience with a thorough understanding of project management methodology and best practice
Exemplary skill level at supporting project financials
Ability to establish and implement processes, and perform in a fast-paced environment
Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, and SharePoint
Desired Characteristics:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personality styles and types
Ability to operate independently or as part of a team
Ability to see tasks through to completion without constant management input

Title : Oracle E-Business Technical Developer with Supplier HUB Experience
Location : Miami, FL
Duration : Long Term
We are looking for an Oracle E-Business technical developer, ideally with Supplier Hub. This would be for a project in Miami, FL
Must have Supplier Hub experience
· A Senior Consultant responsible for the design, development, documentation, configuration, testing and integration of Oracle EBS Applications
· Extensive experience in integrating SOA with Oracle EBS using BPEL processes
· Must have a good knowledge of Oracle EBS AP, PO and Financials modules
· Develop and understand the business requirements and objectives in order to document the analysis
· Develop detailed systems and program specifications, including data conversion, interfaces, and custom reporting
· Create the business models and business requirement scenarios and translate business functionality into object models and model the requirements at the subsystem level
· Create documentations and follow standards and methodology as defined by the project manager
· Responsible for the full life-cycle implementations of current versions of E-Business Suite projects
· Has core development experience in the EBS environment in Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow (RICEW) and Forms deliverables
· Has end-user interaction experience for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs and working with multiple groups to coordinate and carry out technical activities which include new development, maintenance and production support activities
· The “official word” is, ‘ideally, this person would have Supplier Hub experience; however, if they are a guru with EBS and do not have Supplier Hub then we might consider them’ (but I’ve been told that most likely this person would need Supplier Hub for this project)
Position 4.
Title : Oracle Release Management
Location : Indianapolis
Oracle Release Management Consultant to start a new project in the next 4-6 weeks.
This consultant needs hands on Release Management experience as well as excellent communication skills
Position 5.
Title : Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing Experience)
Location : Wisconsin
Duration : Long Term
Description :
5+ years Experience In:
• Extensive knowledge of varying functional areas of CC&B
• Understanding of CC&B data structure
• Ability to write PL/SQL and SQL code
• CC&B Reports Development Background (any reporting tool is ok)
• Strong English communication skills do to extensive requirement gathering sessions with the client
