Job Title: Business Transformation Analyst
Location: Jersey city, NJ
Duration: 6+Months
Job Description:
· The primary responsibilities of this role include:
· Design, development, pilot-test, implementation, and sustainment plan of client's performance management system ( non-technical)
· Analysis of merits and deficiencies of identified systems as they relate to client and grantee user interface experience (non-technical)
· Provide recommendations for policies and procedures, as well as end-user training -Work effectively with peers in a team-oriented environment
· Responsibilities for this role also include analyzing business processes, reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other measures and metrics with an array of stakeholders, and development of senior level reports and briefing materials in connection to the strategic plan and performance management initiative.
Essential Skill: Communication and business knowledge
Additional Skill: Credit card industry-preferred
