Job Description:
· Overall 7-10 years of IT experience with 5+ years experience of industry standard Business Rules Engines
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in IBM ilOG / WODM
· Preferred IBM iLOG certified professional
· Demonstrated experience in efforts estimation, building POC/pilot, architecting proactive solutions, and supporting clients with value-adds.
· Good rule modeling skills also including building business rule vocabulary
· Designing scalable Business Rule services meeting functionality, efficiency and performance
· Designing Strategy for Template design, Rule Testing, Rule Deployment and Rule Execution
· Deciding integration strategy with the calling applications
· Experience on Agile methodology
· Candidate must be willing to work "hands-on" for development
· Candidate must have working exp in onsite-offshore model
