Job Description:

· BE / BTech / Diploma / B.Sc. / BCA with excellent communication skills.

· Preferred Microsoft, SCOM, SCCM, ITIL v3 technical certification

· Willingness to work across global time zones. Roles & Relevant Experience:

· Band / Grade: B3- PL1

· Level 3/Level 4

· 8-10 years of experience Job Responsibilities:

· 6-8 years' experience working with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012, SCOM 2007 or Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005 – including architecting and implementing complex designs (cross-platform monitoring, DMZ architectures, 1,000+ servers, HA configurations, etc.)

· The candidate should be able to troubleshoot all aspects of SCOM effectively and understand the product configuration, flow and logging in detail.

· The candidate should understand fully the base OS and SCOM Management Packs and be able to discuss in detail at least one of the following Management Packs: Active Directory, Exchange, IIS or SQL including configuration, tuning and customization.

· The candidate should have experience in managing heterogeneous environments and other Microsoft Management technologies, including Active Directory services (AD), SCCM, System Center Essentials and WSUS is desired.

· Deep knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and experience with automation of Operating System Deployment through scripts and customizations

· Exceptional project management abilities (issues management, team collaboration, schedule, scope, etc.)

· Ability to design and develop queries and reports (i.e. against SCCM, SCOM) in TSQL and SQL Reporting Services

· SCOM Management Pack development experience (at XML level)

· Experience working with a wider array of System Center solutions including Opalis, Service Manager, SCVMM, etc.

· Experience with virtualization solutions including VMware vSphere/vCenter and Microsoft Hyper-V/SCVMM

· Should be aware about ITIL v2/ITIL v3 Concepts

· Should have experienced on Services desk tool for incident, problem, asset and knowledge management

· Knowledge on VB, WMI and Power shell scripting will be added advantage

· Ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to resolution

· Should be able to work closely with different project teams to understand the requirements and should be able to drive build development relatively independently.
