Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator (Oracle ERP and Siebel)
Location: Lewisville, TX
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description:
- Reviews project documents and identifies project deliverables and associated specifications and completion criteria.
- Sound knowledge of ERP: ORACLE EBS, SAP – BW, SEM
- Develops work breakdown structures, schedules, and other documents necessary to plan project completion and monitor project completion.
- Provides risk and issues management for projects
- Maintains a collaboratively working relationship with project stakeholders.
- Provides timely status updates to all project stack holders.
- Participates in configuration control meetings as necessary to ensure requirement changes are appropriatel reflected in project plans.
- Hands on experience for ERP: ORACLE EBS, SAP – BW, SEM
- Experience in gathering and documenting all business requirements
- Experience in portfolio management is a plus
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Configure Price Quote CPQ
- Siebel EAI
- Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple end-to-end project
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project 2007 /2010
- Proficient in reading technical specifications and data model
- Must possess strong meeting facilitation skills
- Exceptional communications both oral and written
- Intimate knowledge of phases of full lifecycle development
- Proficient knowledge of analysis techniques, tool usage and standards
- Knowledgeable with, i.e., servers, storage, database, middleware, and networking
- Successful track record of effective resource management is essential
- Proven leadership, results orientation, and self-motivation traits
