Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills Responsibilities
1. Responsible for ensuring continuity of service and providing high quality support within the committed service level expectations.
2. Ensures that requests and any assigned problems are resolved / completed in the most effective manner with continuous communication with colleagues.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication. Must provide prompt, professional customer service following specific guidelines on customer service while ensuring that problems are promptly addressed, documented and rectified accurately and on time, with the proper follow-up and professional customer service
4. Maintain prompt and consistent attendance
5. Provide assistance to team members across the organization
6. React quickly and make sound decisions based on their subject matter expertise to resolve issues.
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills: • 6-8 years of Operational experience in AIX LINUX Administration.
1. Working knowledge of Unix, AIX and Linux environments,
2. Experience with Unix scripting and provisioning tasks.
3. Understanding of Networking in a Corporate Environment
4. must demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, tracking and interpersonal skills.
5. Must demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
6. Ability to work in a flexible schedule environment to support hours of operation
7. Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects while updating management and customers
