*Strong experience and expertise in Oracle EBS Application Development, CEMLI and RICE Components
* Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as Oracle Shipping (WSH), Sabrix Tax, ICMT
* Strong in Oracle ERP 11i/R12 Shipping functional/technical knowledge
* Extensive experience in Oracle Forms Developer 6i and 10g (Forms, Reports and BI Publisher), SQL, PL/SQL
* Knowledge in Java/J2EE/IBM Websphere Commerce
* Hands on experience in Enhancements and Customization Development
* Excellent Software Engineering skills
* Strong understanding of SDLC process
* Ability to provide time and estimation for work orders
* Responsibility for overall work delivered by development team
* Accountability for deliverables
* Providing technical guidence and expertise
* Analtical and Problem solving skills
* Strong team Management skills
* Strong Communication Management at all levels
* Hands on ability to perform deliverables
* Assessment of risk and mitigation plan
