- All skills needed for leading 8-10 people team (estimation, team task assignment, technical guidance and debug, communication, offshore coordination etc.)
- Strong core java / J2EE
- Spring frame work: Spring security, Spring IOC and AOP
- Web services : Develop , Exposing and consuming (JAXB , JAX-WS)
- Apache CXF framework
- Apache Camel
- XML , SOAP, XSD and DTOs
- JMS and MQ
- JSON , Java script and HTML
- JUnit writing new test case for spring and camel framework base
