•Looking for a Senior Desktop Lead to manage Desktop Support Team and provide Level 3 escalated support. You will inform and provide guidance for IT decisions related to patch management, OS deployment/configuration, best practices, security procedures and interoperability with other enterprise technologies.
•You will regularly collaborate and communicate with the Service Desk and Desktop Engineering teams, as well as various internal business units.
