Must have Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of installation, maintenance of Cisco Call Manager/Unity/CUBE/H323/Cisco video endpoints administration and support.
* Good experience in testing and deployment of Video end points and validation.
* Design and develop test methodologies. This includes testing the software on the device, checking software and multi-tenant capabilities and the routing on end points.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation within Telecommunications infrastructure: FXO/FXS/PRI/T1/SIP/DS2/SS7 circuits and signaling protocols and legacy PBX systems.
- perform voice and video problem resolution for existing endpoints.
• Good understanding of networking data networks routing and switching
