Job Description:
· Implementation and Consulting experience in GTM - Global Trade Management is a must
· Should have at least 2 Implementation at on-site and / or 2 support experince and rich experince in handling customer directly . Good communication Skills.
· GTM - Advise customers internal resources on other matters surrounding implementation, including, but not limited to: configurations, UI questions, and software functionalities
· Provide recommendations, based on previous GTM implementations with other similar firms (size, geographical reach, etc.)
· Create a functional design, solution definition, and training documentation for the configuration of the software
· Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and oversee the execution of them
· Conduct SME training (train-the-trainer)
· Offer functional assistance for hypercare
