Relevant Experience(in Yrs) 6-8 Yrs.
Technical/Functional Skills Must have hands-on experience working with Agile PLM& Oracle EBIZ using PIM Change Management
• Must have experience in Agile PLM
• Establish how to use Agile/PIM/eBiz to manage the BOM for Mfg.
• Strong PIM person with Product Workbench knowledge
• Able to architect solutions for Item, BOM and ECO
• Experience in transferring them to Oracle from Agile PLM
• Experience in legacy application migration.
• Experience in EBOM, MBOM & Service BOM
• Prior experience with PLM & ERP system
• Experience in Windchill will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in CAD system, Change Management, Document Management & Incident Management.
• Knowledge to collaborate collaboratively architect (functional) and build (technical) the BOM
• And Routing capability from the Agile PLM system EBS using PIM change management as the primary vehicle for movement of information
Experience Required(in Yrs) 6-8 Yrs.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare Technical Design Document
• Implement solution based on Design Document.
• Create Test Case, Test Applications,
• Design Oracle Tables based on design Principles.
• Responsible for the Migration.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT with business users.
• Provide demos to users as and when required
• Prepare training material and arrange training sessions for business users
• In PIM Change management responsible for Master change orders with organizational versions created from them.
• In Product Workbench responsible for Basic functionality&Use with change orders in PIM.
Generic Managerial Skills
• Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Eagerness to mentor junior team members
• Proficient use of Power Point presentation tool, and MS office tools. Proven writing skills for mass communication. Ability to document use cases, requirements and relevant technical documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
• Knowledge of six sigma is added advantage
Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
