Role: Java Architect
Duration: 6+ months
Location: FoesterCity, CA
Skills: iOS/Android development, Javascript, HTML5, ROR experience.
Description:
· 10+ years of experience in systems design, architecture, and development of large scale platform and web applications
· Significant experience with and knowledge of HTTP, REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, AJAX
· Experience programming in Java, J2EE, Jruby, ROR, Node.js and Spring
· Working experience and knowledge of one or more commercially available API Gateway tools
· Mobile client-server experience, especially with iOS, Android platforms
· Desirable: iOS/Android development, Javascript, HTML5, ROR experience
Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation and interaction skills, including ability to effectively communicate technical issues and concepts to multiple organization levels inside and outside Visa.
