We need someone who is an expert in Automation Testing (QTP / TAO) and understands the SAP landscape.
• Hands-on Automation testing experience using QTP / TAO
• Should have experience / knowledge on SAP landscape
• TAO experience will be a plus
• Good Communication & client handling skills


Requirement 2: SAP Test Data Management (SAP TDM) - 2 Spots
Location: Portland OR
Start Date: July 7th, 2014
Duration: 1 Year

Key skills: SAP Test Data Management, QA

Skill sets:
• Experience with SAP test data management
• Experience with non-SAP test data management
• Experience with data scrambling and knowledge around data protection
• Experience with Test virtualization and experience with any third party tools is a plus
• Experience in heavy test automation methods, and experience in reduction in testing time with fewer scenarios
• Familiarity with testing in complex environments, including interface and end-to-end processes involving non-SAP applications
• Experience managing test data in QA and Development environments
• SAP technical management experience
• SAP BPCA, TAO, and HP QC experience is plus
• QA system validation skills
• Experience with data scrambling via TDMS for HR a plus (ERP-HCM)
• Experience with selective data transfer via TDMS for HR a plus (ERP-HCM)
• Experience with transferring large data sets through TDMS time-slice a plus (ERP-AFS)
• Experience with test data subsetting to target relevant test data
• Experience with test data generation to create teset data where appropriate is a plus
• Experience with trouble-shooting TDMS data transfers a plus

Job Duties:
•         This role requires successful leadership skills to deliver Test Data Management strategies to reduce software project delivery times while providing high quality and relevant data for enterprise release testing.
•         Candidate must be very flexible, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment while taking direction from multiple individuals. Strong time management skills are also required.
•         Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes
•         Demonstrated experience in organizational awareness and quickly understanding a new culture
•         Experience in large size environments with multiple projects, program support with managing testing/data management experience is plus
•         Expertise in defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan
•         Experience with strategy, risk, issue, communications, and other supporting plans
•         Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
•         Strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior management
•         Pro-active, motivated, and focused
•         Strategic and forward thinker – able to anticipate key challenges and future needs and develop strategies to address them
