Detail JD:-

In depth understanding of FileNet P8/5.1 suite 
IBM FileNet Process Development (Workflow)
Web development skills with Java/J2ee, JSP, JavaScript 
Understands the technical/functional requirements/issues associated with the project

FILENETP8 Architect, J2EE, UNIX  tech stack  
Effective technical/analytical skills are required
Excellent communication is required.

 

Skills and Experience Required for this position:-

1.     FileNet P8 design and development experience including IBM ECM software, such as FileNet P8 Content Engine and Process Engine API.

2.     Proficient in IBM FileNet P8 Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software, including Content Manager (CM),

3.     Proficient in Kofax Capture scan software/DataCap.

4.     Experienced in imaging, workflow and BPM concepts. Familiar with OCR, ICR, OMR and barcode technologies.

5.     Understands the technical/functional requirements/issues associated with the project.

6.     Experience in Content conversion from legacy systems to FileNet

7.     Effective technical/analytical skills are required.

8.     Excellent communication is required.

9.     Experience with JBOSS or other web application servers.

10.   Unix, Windows, Linux.

11.   Expert in backup and recovery.

12.   Security and LDAP integration.

13.   Prior consulting experience to clients on complex engagements.
