To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion

 

Additional requirement

Fat Wire templates using JSP technology, design experience of the FatWire asset types including flex, basic and complex types

 

Professional Qualifications & Experiences

• Practical experience and strong understanding of how to build FatWire templates using JSP technology Solid exposure and design experience of the FatWire asset types including flex, basic and complex types Solid understanding of the FatWire blob storage and it’s intricacies Ability to enable globalization and regionalization of sites in the CMS Solid experience and exposure to how to publish FatWire assets from one system to another.

• Experience in building and maintaining web sites for enterprise solutions Strong understanding of Java and associated technologies (Spring, Hibernate etc.) .

• Practical knowledge of other web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Solid exposure to XML and related technologies

Professional Qualifications & Experiences

• Minimum of 5 years of Java/J2EE development. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated experience.

• Knowledge of a few scripting languages (ie: PERL, VBS, JS, BASH, PHP and PS).

• Past Object Oriented Development or coding experience, in particular with Java/J2ee applications.

• Knowledge of Integrated Development Environments (IDE's), such as Intellij IDEA and Eclipse.

• Linux and Windows Systems Administration; Experience with Source Control and Build Systems.

• Strong Customer Interaction Skills; Experience implementing enterprise computing solutions; excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional consulting experience; development and application lifecycle management experience; classroom training experience; ability to work independently; proven team player; proven ability to solve problems and learn new technologies; working knowledge of version control systems (Subversion, CVS, TFS, Dimensions, MKS, Integrity Knowledge is desirable); Working knowledge of build systems (Hudson/Jenkins, Maven, TFS, ANT, Shell/Pearl Scripts; knowledge is desirable.
