Requirements / Responsibilities:
· Technically sound in the setup, configuration and troubleshooting of TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) - The main focus of this role is day to day Operations.
· TSM backup and Restore using DataDomain VTL
· Experience in Backup software/hardware (Avamar, Datadomain, VTL)
· Understands configurations enough to troubleshoot problems with our vendors
· CommVault experience
Required Qualifications:
1. Five plus (5+) years of hands-on technical experience in configuring, managing and maintaining an IBM Tivoli Storage Manager environment
2. Knowledge of UNIX, Linux and Windows server operating systems
3. On-call support 24x7 as required along with evening and weekend work when required
