Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills "• Certified Scrum Master
• Excellent communication skills is a must
• Experience with eCOM is must
• Experience with JIRA is preferred

Roles and responsibility "• As a servant/leader, must be able to gain respect from his/her team as a team player and as a leader
• Must be able to facilitate and communicate effectively with teams (technical, non-technical) and all layers of management
• Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and practices are applied
• Must be alert and quick to notice differences and issues as they arise and handle them
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, high-energy, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Commitment to continuous improvement of Agile and scrum practices
• Must be able to resolve conflicts, facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
• Must be able to lead a team to self-organization
• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress
• Understand backlog tracking and story creation/grooming
• Ensures that product demonstration meetings will be successful
• Assist with backlog maintenance
• Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs
• Assist team with making commitments through user story selection and estimates split into tasks
• Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail "
