1. Expertise in Weblogic server configuration understanding
2. Knowledge in J2EE application capacity management, tuning, heap analysis, JVM analysis and best practices recommendation
3. Drive to do analysis of application latency issues using tools, logs, scripts, DB
4. J2EE knowledge to support project development – Coding knowledge in Java, JSP, EJB, JDBC, Applet, AJAX, HMTL5 and CSS3
5. Expertise in PL\SQL queries
6. Knowledge of Tealeaf and/or Aternity is a plus
7. Oracle database queries and stored procedures knowledge
8. Expertise in Unix Shell scripting
