· 5+ years business analysis experience and/or design
· Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into requirement artifacts
· Conduct Joint Application requirement (JAR) / Joint Application design (JAD) sessions with stake holders to gather requirements
· Be able to plan and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions
· Be able to create business documents- Activity Diagram, business flow Diagram, use case, FSD, BRD.
· Demonstrate process management capabilities, the ability to effectively interact with and engage with team members across the enterprise
· Be able to review Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Scripts and perform limited User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
· Be able to work and learn independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· BnFS domain experience required.
· Cards and Payment experience will be an advantage
