Job Description:
- 7-10 years of overall experience with minimum of 4-5 years as Solution Architect / Solution Lead in Identity & Access Management solutions with Tivoli Access Manager (TAM) and Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) products.
- Should have hands on experience of architecting and designing end-to-end Identity & Access Management projects using TAM/ TFIM and customization using Java and webservices technologies.
- Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required
- Well versed with development, customization, integration, and architectural support processes. Expertise in SDLC/Agile methodologies.
- Responsibilities include planning, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements
- Should be able to work out detailed cost and time estimates for implementing business solutions, define technical scope and requirements
- Must mentor and guide other team members during all phases of the SDLC/Agile.
- Good communications skills, analytical skills, business analysis, customer relationship management
