Position: SAP Security
 
Location :  New Jersey
 
USC/GC only
 
He/she will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and implementing SAP security measures within the Merck SAP landscape.
He/she will contribute to the COMET SAP implementation project as well as belong to the Center of Excellence (COE) Production Support team. He/she will be a leading report to the SAP Security Manager.
Duties include but are not limited to:
The provisioning/deprovisioning of SAP security as well security role/profile builds and maintenance.
The individual will be expected to maintain and effectively apply a broad understanding of computer security and information security technologies and practices. 
Responsibilities will include leading the design and configuration of the SAP security systems to support customer requirements, both business and project teams.
Develop SAP security documentation, technical documentation and audit reports as required.
Monitor security systems and maintain records as needed.
Develop project plans and communicate progress to appropriate leadership.
Provide engineering and operational support for SAP implementation and production information security.
Resolve routine SAP security issues.
Work closely with internal, on-shore consultants and off-shore consultants
