Role: Project Manager

Location: Auburns Hills, MI

Duration: 8-12 Months

 

Required:

•PMI certification with practical experience, OR CURRENT comparable knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and best practices

•CURRENT Leadership of large technical projects with successful leadership of application software initiatives, either vended solutions or in-house developed applications, on client-server based solutions

•CURRENT use of application development waterfall methodologies

•Strong, CURRENT experience in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel (2003 or higher)

•Maturity in successful Customer Relationship Management and Stakeholder management with resources at senior management levels

•Maturity in successful Supplier Management

•Successful Client/Server Implementation experience

•Exceptional Communication and Organizational Skills, Executive Presence

•Exceptional Decision Analysis Capabilities

•Exceptional Leadership Capabilities, including Managerial Courage

•Highly Self-Driven and Self-Motivated, including Persistence and Drive for Results

 

Preferred/Differentiators:

•Background in leading application based technical projects at financial institutions

•Knowledge in project financial management - project expenses, cost forecasting

•Use of Changepoint for project time tracking, reporting, and labor forecasting

•Strong use of Outlook

•Experience with HR ADP deployment or financial intelligence deployments with Actimize is a plus
