Role: Sr. Datastage consultant

Location: Cary, NC

Duration: Long term

 

Job Description:

Responsible for designing the overall flow of the FDW ETL and creating reusable generic jobs and templates

Responsible for designing and implementing the data models for Mortgages and enhancements to the Securities, Private equity & derivatives subject areas

Mentoring the Junior developers and report the status to the higher management

Working closely with the BA’s, analyzing the source systems and profiling the data based on the requirements

Developed DataStage jobs to extract the data from the flat files, Oracle DB to load the SCD type2 tables

Developed oracle Stored procedures using dynamic SQL’s for reconciliation of the data between different sources

Collaborated with different teams for Code Migration

Responsible for the TDD (technical Design Documentation), Architectural Design Review and Code review with respective enterprise teams.

 

Mandatory Skills: DataStage8.1 , Oracle 11g, Linux, Shell Scripting, Quality Center, Autosys
