3.In addition have a deep knowledge of current technologies including Open Source, web application development, web services (REST/SOAP/XML), WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, messaging infrastructures and databases (DB/2, Oracle, SQL)
Experience Required
8+ years of experience Pega PRPC

Education Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Technical Requirements
• Technical Leadership role helps to coordinate and facilitate the technical aspects of the solution
• Works with all groups to help insure best possible design solution
• Lead the technical team in gathering and understanding requirements, and use cases
• Responsible for the technical solution within the Pega tool including enterprise class structure, data model and application framework
• Architect the technical solution, and lead the technical team in development activities.
• Insure adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails as well as the original design principles.
• Insure compliance with coding standards, UI standards and Corporate standards
• Perform code reviews to insure application quality
• Review alert logs to insure quality standards
• Run pre-flight and PAL to insure performance and quality
• PRPC Lead System Architect (CLSA)
• Collaborate with the Pega BPM CoE to ensure adherence to corporate design standards
• Facilitate DCO sessions
• Have a expertise in the following PRPC design and implementation topics:
• Work Object Relationships
• Specialization techniques
• Reporting
• Routing (Skills based)
• Rule Resolution/Inheritance/Circumstancing
• Class Design
• Locking
• Persistence
• Authentication
• Agents
• Functions/Java API
• Services

• Have expertise in the PRPC architecture including the following:
• J2EE architecture
