1. 8 years and above experience in Siebel CRM & UCM administration.
2. Installing and Configuring Siebel gateway, enterprise and web servers with patch management
3. Setting of Siebel developers tools/client
4. Srf, repository migration and DDL synchronization
5. Performance tuning
6. Migration of non-repository items like RTEs, Products, LOVs, data maps etc using ADM
7. Setting up email profiles
8. BIP installation and setup
9. Integrating Siebel with TIBCO, BIP
10. Setting up of SSO authentication
11. Automation of admin/deployment admin tasks
12. Willing to work in shifts
13. Managing day to day environment (production/UAT/SIT/DEV etc) issues (technical).
14. Pro-active monitoring of jobs/components/servers
