Project management, project scheduling and communications lead for VITA EAD workplan application projects.
Need for a strong PM with strong communications skills to be able to manage multiple projects and map out a comprehensive logical plan with our business, developers and architects.
Will be responsible for overall project management and coordination of schedules for projects including holding discovery sessions, documenting technical upgrade requirements with architects and developers. Also, working with architecture and application team managers to coordinate upgrade schedules with project and business schedules, etc.
Skills:
-PMP or CoVA PM cert required
- Strong business communication skills. Must be extremely personable, team orientated and able to hold collaborative meetings.
-Project Management experience in application development environments required. Must have demonstrated experience with application teams.

Position will be working with Information Security staff, with focus on networking and vulnerabilty management.
The scope of work is to provide a full-range of information security functions and skills with a detailed understanding of networking and vulnerability management.
FUNDAMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced working knowledge of and 12 or more years of professional experience working in Information Technology with a focus on Information Security from an operational perspective for more than 5 years
- Thorough, in-depth knowledge of and experience with TCP/IP and networking as it relates to information security including firewall, router, load balancer, and other network infrastructure
- Full understanding of Intrusion Detection and Prevention from both the network and host levels; ability to understand threat data and how to apply controls in this area
- Full understanding of vulnerability scanning and analysis of outputs; ability to understand real from false positive observations by understanding the vulnerabilities as well as the network infrastructure
- Previous experience performing penetration testing
- Previous experience performing forensics and working on an incident management team

The Network Services Engineer will provide technical leadership and infrastructure support to include the Wide-area Network (WAN), Local-Area Networks (LANs), Wireless LANs, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and network management and administration. The selected candidate will configure, monitor, and maintain network and security hardware and software components of complex, highly available, highly redundant enterprise computing systems. The individual will assist with all efforts in support of the University’s network environment including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical service and support. Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve highly advanced complex issues in support of business processing requirements. Anticipates and mitigates potential attacks to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all network systems. Be involved in network projects while provide technical assistance to the Project Management Office (PMO). This position will report directly to the Network Services Manager.

Description :
Work with the Asset Management Lead, on-site and field resource to identify changes and validate changes on moved equipment. - Work with Asset Management Lead and service delivery teams to provide Ad-Hoc reports. - Work with Asset Management Lead and service delivery teams to identify missing information and obtain that info and then get it loaded into ITSM. - Work with Asset Management Lead to obtain and populate all Software License Data and client provided data in ITSM. - Work with Asset Management Lead to reconcile all software licenses against all installed software instances to measure and report on software license compliance. - Process data from new bulk procurements by client. - Process data from new disposals by client. - Work with Asset Management Lead to follow defined processes to ensure data accuracy within the Asset Management System.
