Job Description
Role: Performance /Load Tester
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 6 months+
Here are the "MUST SKILLS" list for performance requirement
1. Have atleast 5+ years of experience in performance testing using Loadrunner (should have worked entirely as a performance tester)
2. Excellent scripting experience with Loadrunner using web (http/html) and web services protocol
3. Excellent performance results analysis skills, should have used Loadrunner monitors and other monitoring tools like intrascope, sitescope. Should be able to identify the bottlenecks/performance degradation areas to the application team.
4. Should have interacted with Business and application teams, created performance test plans and performance scenarios.
5. Should have worked in an end to end testing model, right from performance requirement collection till analyzing the results and reporting out to the project team.
6. Excellent communication skills and a team player.
